As an experienced executive coach, with an array of both quantitative and qualitative tools at my disposal, we can identify critical barriers preventing top performance and build effective action plans to unlock the full potential of your people.
My Story
My experience includes working for great organizations such as Campbell Soup Company, where I held corporate and manufacturing HR roles, including assignments for Pepperidge Farm and Godiva Chocolatier. At Campbell’s, I was part of the start-up of the Organization Effectiveness function, a group dedicated to identifying how to put the conditions in place for employees to thrive in the workplace. While at Godiva, I had a leadership role in managing the carve-out from Campbell Soup resulting from the sale of the business to Ulker, based in Istanbul, Turkey. I completed my HR career as the Senior Director of Organization Development in a Blue Cross/Blue Shield subsidiary in Jacksonville, Florida.

My primary focus today is leadership development and building high-performance cultures. I coach individuals and teams at all levels of the organization, from the shop floor to C-Suite Leadership Teams. I help leaders gain insights into their current level of leadership skills and then help them build impactful development plans. I equip leaders with practical tools to elevate both individual and team performance. I am well-versed in human performance technology (HPT), assessments, and both quantitative and qualitative analytics, all designed to help organizations win in the workplace in order to win in the marketplace. I possess a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.Ed in Instructional Systems from Penn State University.
